Tilly testing
Tilly testingThrough an annual 18-point inspection, our fully qualified land-based engineers will ensure that your trailers are maintained to the legal standard, removing wheels, checking brake drums, linings, springs, backing plates, bushes, axles and more.
Blacksmith Service / Fabrication
Blacksmith Service / FabricationWe have a full time blacksmith based at the Forfar depot who carries out a variety of work throughout our dealer area. Whether this be at the depots or on farm our highly skilled blacksmith does a variety of manufacturing and modifications, including, but not limited to, manufacturing bespoke toolboxes for any make or model of tractor. Modifying wheel centres. Manufacturing or modify backplates / adapter plates, as well as modifying loader brackets. Not only is MIG and TIG welding carried out, but we are also able to weld aluminium as well as do gas and plasma cutting.
Dynamometer Testing
Dynamometer TestingAll our depots are equipped with dynamometers to test the full range of tractors we sell and service. Some dynamometers can even test tractors up to 450 hp. Print outs are available on request stating torque back up and horse power figures.
National Sprayer Testing Scheme
National Sprayer Testing Scheme(NSTS) - Whether on your farm or here in our workshop, our trained examiners will ensure maximum efficiency of your sprayer, reducing costly downtime, aiding traceability and increasing resell value.
